It says my package is delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, start by checking with your neighbors, as it might have been delivered to them by mistake. With FedEx SmartPost, your package might be with your local USPS for final delivery, so check there too.
If it's been 3 business days and your package hasn't arrived, contact our Customer Experience team. They're available Monday to Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm CST via email, chat, or SMS, and will assist you further.
Does itisKlick guarantee delivery times?
At itisKlick, we aim to deliver your order promptly, striving to meet expedited timelines. However, please note that unforeseen weather conditions or delays by carriers may impact delivery times.
Returns + Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What if the item I want to exchange for is currently out of stock?
We suggest selecting “return” and then “receive store credit”. From there, you can sign up for our waitlist under the product detail page for the item that’s out of stock.
Can I return one item and exchange another?
Via our returns partner, Happy Returns, you can exchange for an alternate color or size of the same item.
Why am I not being fully refunded for a return?
here is a restocking fee of $6.95 for returns to the original form of payment. If you're submitting a return for store credit, the restocking fee will be waived. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
